At REEF Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the perfume in its original box with all protective layers to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to REEF

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
